Life is about CHoices

I was talking to some friends yesterday and we were discussing life, and is it the choices you make or just some weird twist of fate that makes things happen. My point of view was this, yes, life does at times throw us curve balls, but for the most part, life is the choices we make. 

When we are handed so-called "raw deals or bad breaks", its how we respond to them that determine or life. I can honestly say, a lot of the unfortunate things that may have happened to me in my short 27 years on this planet, had a huge part to do with the choices I made. 

Sometimes I think we make too many excuses for our own circumstances instead of sitting back and actually analyzing what we did, or maybe what we could have done differently to avoid this outcome, or to change it from here on out. Life is choices, good, bad indifferent...it's all about CHOICES!!
